Hi all...
I am hosting a plenary session at Nutracon 2010 concurrent with Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim this coming March... see www.nutracon.com or www.expowest.com and click on Nutracon tab...
The all day session will focus on the new sweeteners available for food and beverages to include Stevia... the good bad and ugly of using same, and formulations issues, consumer trend/purchase data etc......
